Good quality, delivery needs work

I ordered the Insulin Travel Case and was impressed with the material and design. It feels durable and holds everything securely. However, the shipping took almost a week, which felt a bit long for an essential item. The tracking wasn't updated regularly either. Overall, it's a solid product for the price, but delivery transparency could be better.

Love my new T1D bag!

I got the T1D Lifestyle Bag and it's fantastic! It holds all my stuff perfectly and looks really stylish, not like a typical medical bag. The compartments are super smart. I'm so happy with this purchase and will absolutely shop here again!

Organizer works great

Got the Diabetes Supply Organizer a bit ago. It's really handy, keeps all my stuff in one place. No more digging around in my bag. It arrived pretty fast too, like 3-4 days to reach me in California. Happy with it.

Detailed review of Diabetes Travel Kit

I recently purchased the Diabetes Travel Kit from Lifebetic. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I needed quickly. Shipping took about 5 days to reach Denver, which was acceptable. Upon arrival, I inspected the kit thoroughly. It includes compartments for an insulin pen, test strips, lancets, and even a small space for a glucagon pen. The material feels robust, and the zippers operate smoothly. I tested the cooling capability of the integrated pouch, and it maintained a cool temperature for several hours, exactly as described. My only minor observation is that the color options were a bit limited, but the functionality outweighs that. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about cleaning instructions, which was a plus. This kit has definitely streamlined my travel with supplies.

Reliable as always

This was my third order from Lifebetic, and they're consistently good. I picked up a new Cooling Insulin Pouch, and it's just as well-made as the last one I got a few years back. Their products hold up, which is important for daily use. Shipping was quick this time, no issues there. It's why I keep coming back when I need new gear; I know what to expect.

Quick question, can you use more than one discount code on Lifebetic? Like, if I have a first-time buyer code and a free shipping one?

T Tara J. 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure it's one coupon per order. Tried to stack before, didn't work.

Yeah, they only let you use one promo code at checkout. Usually, if you sign up for emails, you get a good percentage off though, which is nice.

Anyone know if their insulin travel cases actually keep stuff cool for a full day? Or is it more like 12 hours max?

D Dana Reyes 1 month ago
The cooling pouch I got definitely did 24 hours when I tested it at home before a trip. Had ice packs in it.

I used one for a long road trip last summer, probably like 18 hours in the car, and my pens were totally fine. It seemed to hold up pretty well.

How are these compared to Myabetic? Looking for a new organizer and can't decide.

T Troy 1 month ago
I've had both! Myabetic is good, but Lifebetic feels a bit more structured and the cooling stuff is better, imo. Plus, some of the designs are less 'medical' looking.

Depends what you need. Lifebetic's travel cases are super functional, especially the cooling pouches. Myabetic has some cute designs but I found the quality on Lifebetic's zippers and fabric a bit more durable for daily use.

Hey guys, thinking about getting one of their travel cases for my insulin pens. How long does shipping usually take to, say, California?

C Chris Bennett 1 month ago
Mine took like a week to get to San Diego. Was pretty standard.

Yeah, I ordered a T1D bag a few months back, to NorCal. Think it was around 5-7 business days. You get tracking info, so you can keep an eye on it.

Are returns a hassle if something doesn't fit or I just don't like it? Asking about their medical accessories specifically.

J James Okafor 3 weeks ago
Returns were super easy for me. I got the wrong size pouch and swapped it out no problem.

I returned a T1D lifestyle bag that wasn't quite what I expected. Process was straightforward, just made sure it was still new and had all the tags. Didn't have any issues.
